Everything was intact when delivered. Love this “deena crossbody bag” by kipling. A perfect bag not too big not too small, just right. Indeed great for everyday use. A woman’s necessities fits perfectly and still has extra room. Too bad you can't easily find it here in U.S.A has to be ordered in the U.K. Price wise, it is quite expensive. Overall for me a perfect crossbody bag.Perfect for staying organized and very lightweight!This is a multi zippered bag I really like the size & how much it can hold.For a long time I have been meaning to buy a Kipling bag, especially because of their excellent quality and versatility! After doing research on almost every bag Kipling offers I came to the conclusion that Deena Cross Body Bag would fit my needs perfectly: it is not too big nor too small, it is water resistant, it is light weight and casual but still very pretty, I has a lot of pockets for different needs and, especially, I feel like I can use it for many different purposes! I could use for back-packing, for every-day use or even to go out at night. The only inconvenience I've had is that after two days of using it I realized it has a tiny white vertical line in the front. I was I little disappointed because I expected perfection from this brand, especially due to their outstanding reviews. In spite of that, I LOVE my hand bag!I love this bag, plenty of zips and compartments, and room for all the usual keys phone purse make up etc, I went for the crimson red its a lovely deep red, I am a huge Kipling bag fan I have many and I will probably end up purchasing this again in a different colour. Can I just say if anybody is reading this I have never washed a Kipling bag before apart from the plain white one (which comes up lovely when put on a 30 degree wash in a mesh bag) but my pink bag was filthy and I didn't want to risk losing the colour so I just used warm water and a damp cloth with a tiny bit of upholstery cleaner and it has come up like new! I am only saying this because they aren't cheap bags and I really wasn't sure how to clean and it may help with yours, please remove the monkey first!Kipling Deena bag at 5 litres capacity is perfect to carry your everyday essentials. If you aren't a ''just in case, pack everything' type of person, this is a great bag. Has two main compartments, and two smaller pockets, one front and back of the bag. There is a key fob in the main body of the bag, a small zipped pocket and two slip pockets for a pen and perhaps a pack of tissues or, gum etc. I like this bag as it's sufficiently big enough to carry all the average daily essentials without being too heavy and cumbersome. This bag makes you focus on your essentials, and you don't overpack it. It will take a bottle of water, 500ml lengthwise, pack on the top. I have a Kipling Bernard wristlet for my cards, cash, vouchers and phone which is in the main compartment, notebook in the zipped pocket and, my glasses case,. I have a Creativity small purse packed to the max in the front pocket and still space left. I keep 3 reusable cotton shopping bags in the back zipped pocket.The bag is a useful size for carrying day to day items. It slightly tips forward, as the top curves up from the side strap fastening, which makes full closure of the zip essential. However, it doesn't seem to be too much of a problem. The essential items fit without feeling too crammed in. Ideally, I would prefer the bag to be deeper top to bottom, with the zip curving downwards and the side strap fastenings being fastened higher than the centre top of the bag. This would prevent the contents of the bag from being as vulnerable when the zip is open.A narrower version of the Gabbie without the side pockets would be perfect, but the Deena is a decent compromise and I'm sure will serve me well.Love this bag from Kipling. I had bought a similar bag before which looked like Kipling but was not. Thought it wouldn't make a difference but I was wrong. The other bag broke all over the place and I missed a real Kipling feeling. This handbag has a lot of compartments which I love to keep items separate and easier to find. It has a good shoulder strap which you can adjust. The color was a bit more purple than in the picture but I still love it. Will buy again if this one breaks and if still available.Bought this bag in brown and in black on black Friday and I'm so pleased with them. Compact and capacious at the same time. Four separate zipped compartments so everything inside is well organized. Have a blue one and used it almost all summer long. So long story short: Great little bag with an excellent discount plus arrived in record breaking time. So thank you Amazon!
