I just started CrossFit 6 months ago. Love it. Was wearing running sneakers which are not optimal. These shoes are everything I hoped for in a CF cross training shoe and more. They are super comfortable and super lightweight. Great fit. I either am an 8.5 or a 9. I got the 8.5 and it is a very comfortable fit with plenty of room. Cushioned, but not overly so. Love them for jumping rope and box jumps vs the running sneakers. The inner liner vs a separate "tongue" is great too and very well thought out. Clearly these were designed by people who actually do Cross Fit. I HIGHLY recommend them.
