Stylish Cross-Body Bag for Women - Fashionable & Functional Shoulder Purse - Perfect for Travel, Shopping & Everyday Use

I love this bag. I had the larger bag bought for me at Christmas, which I use daily. But as it's big, I find I carry around everything but the kitchen sink ? (it's perfect if you need to carry loads). But I also wanted a smaller version. This is perfect. The first bag I received was faulty (label attached upside down) but I contacted Swanky Swans & they immediately sent me a replacement, which is perfect. They also sent me a returns label, so I could return the faulty bag free of charge. Excellent after sales service. I would recommend both of my bags & the company.This bag is described as grey but is definitely more light brown. Having said that it was a very nice bag. I had to return back and the company gave excellent quick refund so that’s why I gave it a 5 star reviewLovely bag & more room than expected . Bought to use on my holidays ( cancelled re covid ) but used everyday on my excercise walksUnfortunately, not brilliant value for the money - I was expecting oilcloth but its more plastic than anything - the sides are really creased and not just where the packaging has naturally folded the fabric, as you would expect. I've tried to manipulate them out by smoothing and massaging the material, as well as packing the bag out with paper to push out from the inside but it still looks like a cheap £5 bag rather than a £20 bag. Matching purse is a lot better and the fabric design is nice. Wouldn't recommend.I already have the larger version of this bag in a slightly different style, but wanted a smaller bag for holiday, this is perfect, although small, it's very spacious, and well made. Delivered earlier than expected, would recommend.
